1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Noume. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Noume on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Noume provides tools to create, personalize, and share digital business cards and related professional profile features.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when material.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Noume to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; or scrape data beyond normal use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload to your card. You grant Noume a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.
You are responsible for having the rights to the photos, logos, and personal data you publish.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle until canceled. Taxes may apply.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
7. Availability and disclaimer
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Brazilian law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noume’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where liability cannot be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts of São José dos Campos/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rules.
